Job description

Drips is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a critical role in driving strategic financial insights and supporting high-impact decision-making across the business. Reporting directly into our Finance leadership team, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated models, partnering with department leaders, and analyzing key financial and operational metrics that shape our future.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about solving complex business problems through financial analysis. You’ll contribute to long-term planning, investment decisions, and pricing strategies—ultimately influencing the direction and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes
  • Create and maintain advanced financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
  • Capacity plan modeling – by department and factoring in multiple drivers
  • Assist with Business case model development and implantation
  • Assist with designing modular pricing models that accommodate multiple use cases, volumes and customer complexities
  • Perform variance analysis between actual results and forecasts
  • Support capital allocation decisions and investment analysis
  • Exit readiness – Data room, data requests, KPI tracking
  • Collaborate with accounting team on month-end close processes
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, or related finance roles
  • Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in financial planning systems and ERP platforms
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial statements
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • Background in both corporate finance and investment banking preferred but not required
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required, as long as you have the right background
