We are passionate about creating connections that matter, and we are looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Solutions & Integrations to help us achieve that vision.
In this exciting role, you will take the lead in designing and implementing innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly into our clients’ ecosystems. You’ll be at the forefront of driving customer satisfaction and engagement by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage the Customer Solutions & Integrations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, translating those into common solutions that drive success.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to enhance our offerings and ensure smooth implementations.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients, empowering them with the knowledge they need to roll out and optimize solutions.
Leverage data and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve solutions, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of customer experience.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and position Sinch as a market leader in customer solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients and stakeholders alike.
Proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex integrations in a fast-paced environment.
At least 5 years in a client facing technical role or similar capacity with an understanding of software development
A strong problem-solver with analytical skills to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
A proactive approach to stay ahead in a competitive landscape, demonstrating innovation in your solutions.
A passion for customer-centricity, with a drive to create exceptional experiences that lead to long-term customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in Postman or other API tool

The annual starting salary for this position is between $117,000 - 147,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This role will be accepting applications until 8/8/25 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
