Siege Media is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Analyst to elevate our analytics capabilities beyond standard reporting. The Senior Marketing Analyst will audit client analytics setups, develop robust performance dashboards, implement advanced attribution models, and identify new growth opportunities that tie directly to our content and SEO services. These insights will shape strategic decisions–both internally and for our clients–and this will play a critical role in helping us become a true data-driven growth partner.
Siege Media values diversity. We encourage people of color, LGBTQIA+ folks, veterans, parents and those with disabilities to apply. Through our “health, then work” philosophy we are committed to helping all people succeed at Siege. If you require reasonable accommodation to complete our application or interview process, please let us know.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end reviews of client analytics stacks (e.g., Google Analytics/G4, tag management systems) to ensure accurate data capture
- Recommend and implement best practices for conversion tracking, ecommerce tagging, and pixel integrations
- Create client reports and develop user-friendly, real-time dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI) that go beyond vanity metrics and connect SEO/content performance to business goals
- Continuously refine reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights rather than surface-level data
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to identify high-value keywords, content gaps, and opportunities for targeted campaigns
- Use data modeling to recommend editorial strategies that directly impact conversions and ROI
- Implement and refine multi-touch attribution models to measure the direct impact of our services on client revenue and conversions
- Present clear, compelling ROI narratives to clients and internal stakeholders, reinforcing the strategic value of our agency’s offerings
- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize on-site content, user flows, and lead generation forms
- Utilize analytics insights to drive iterative improvements that directly lift conversion rates
- Leverage historical data to forecast traffic and revenue trends for clients, helping them plan for peak seasons and upcoming campaigns
- Translate complex predictive models into straightforward, actionable plans
- Combine third-party SEO tools with internal client data to benchmark performance against competitors
- Present insights that guide strategic pivots, focusing on growth opportunities and potential threats
- Advise clients on analytics software, CRM integrations, marketing automation, and other platforms that enhance data visibility
- Identify opportunities for improving data accuracy, speed, and access across the marking tech ecosystem
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients to foster data literacy
- Serve as a key thought leader, producing insights or white papers that underscore our data-driven approach
Qualifications:
- University degree (Master’s preferred) in marketing, statistics, computer science, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marking analytics, with a focus on SEO/content strategies
- Proficient with Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other analytics platforms
- Experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with attribution modeling, SQL, or other data manipulation languages a plus
- Solid understanding of SEO metrics and content marketing ROI
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets
- Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams, presenting insights, and influencing decision-making at multiple levels
- A forward-thinking approach to analytics–constantly exploring new techniques, tools, and strategies to maximize impact
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000, DOE.
