The Team: You’ll be joining a passionate and diverse Tech Team distributed across multiple countries. Your Role: We’re looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our team at JobLeads. In this role, you’ll take ownership of backend development efforts, with a strong focus on PHP and Symfony. You’ll work on high-impact features, support scalable architecture, and collaborate across functions to drive product excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and mentor developers to deliver high-quality web applications.

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend systems using PHP and Symfony.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers.

  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure performance, maintainability, and best practices.

  • Stay current with technology trends and continuously improve development processes.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior PHP Developer or Full Stack Developer.

  • Strong proficiency in PHP and deep familiarity with backend best practices.

  • Proven experience with the Symfony framework.

  • Solid understanding of MySQL and ORM frameworks, ideally Doctrine.

  • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote, collaborative environment.
