We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead our design efforts in creating intuitive and delightful user experiences. In this role, you will own specific product areas, ensuring design consistency and elevating the overall user experience across our platform. Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design will be key in crafting solutions that meet our users’ needs and drive engagement. Working closely with our development and product teams, you’ll turn insights into beautiful, functional designs that enhance our user experience and contribute to our product’s success.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own the design process for specific product areas, including high-impact initiatives critical to business growth and user engagement.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate product goals into innovative and scalable design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements, focusing on driving measurable outcomes.
- Ensure design consistency and coherence across the entire product by leveraging and contributing to the design system.
- Elevate the design culture by mentoring junior designers, sharing best practices, and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to innovate and improve the user experience, leveraging data and feedback to iterate on designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design processes to keep the team at the forefront of modern design.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas and prototypes.
- Experience working in Agile development processes.
$110,000 - $115,000 a year
In addition to semi-monthly salary payments, this position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target is 20%. This position is also eligible for a Long Term Incentive Plan.
