Job Description
We are a global and multidisciplinary team of 20+ designers, UX researchers and UX writers on a mission to reduce the complexity of sustainable supply chain management down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use, guiding all companies toward a sustainable world. We are responsible for Ecovadis end-to-end multi-product platform experience that also includes integration with many 3rd party platforms.
● Lead End-to-End Design
- Own the design process from discovery through delivery for core product features and workflows, ensuring they meet user needs and business goals
- Translate complex systems, data, and workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences
● Collaborate Across Product & Engineering
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to shape product strategy and define requirements
- Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) to align design work with development cycles
● Conduct Research and Synthesise Insights
- Lead and conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to deeply understand customer needs and pain points
- Synthesise findings into actionable insights that inform product direction and design decisions
● Champion a Scalable Design System
- Contribute to and maintain a robust design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the product suite
- Advocate for system thinking, reusable components, and design standards that streamline development and support future growth
● Data-Informed Decision Making
- Leverage usage data and behavioral analytics to validate and iterate on designs
- Balance quantitative data with qualitative insights to optimise user flows and enhance overall product usability
● Drive Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to refine user journeys and reduce friction across key product experiences (e.g., onboarding, workflows, dashboards)
- Proactively suggest and prototype improvements that contribute to customer retention, conversion, or satisfaction
● Advocate for the User
- Serve as the voice of the user in product discussions and roadmap planning
- Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and usability are at the forefront of all design decisions
● Mentor and Share Knowledge
- Provide feedback to designers and contribute to team design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
- Help evolve team processes, documentation, and best practices to increase design maturity
Qualifications
● Design Expertise
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work
- Strong foundation in UX principles, visual design, information architecture, and interaction design
- Comfortable working through ambiguity, taking ownership of identifying problems and creating solutions
- Have a “validate first and perfect later” mentality committed to continuous development and learning
● User Research & Data
- Proficient in conducting and applying insights from user research and usability testing
- Experience using research tools like Maze, Lookback, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or in-house testing methods
- Comfortable working with product metrics and behavioral analytics to inform design decisions
● Collaboration & Communication
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners in product management, engineering, and data
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills - able to articulate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable facilitating workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder presentations
● Strategic Thinking
- Ability to think at a systems level and connect the dots across user journeys, business goals, and technical constraints
- Experience working in agile or lean environments, contributing to product strategy and roadmap discussions
- Track record of identifying design opportunities that enhance the product and create business value
● Leadership & Influence
- Proven ability to mentor designers, give and receive feedback, and help foster a collaborative team environment
- Comfortable working through ambiguity, taking ownership of identifying problems and creating solutions; ○ Demonstrated ownership of complex projects and ability to drive them to completion with minimal oversight ○ Advocacy for inclusive, accessible, and ethical design practices

Location: Warsaw - Hybrid (4 days a month)
