Super Dispatch is looking for a Senior Product Manager experienced in AI-powered product development to help design, build, and execute innovative initiatives for Super Dispatch platform product and broader AI platform capabilities. This role requires a lean product mindset and a proven track record of integrating AI and machine learning into successful B2B SaaS products. You’ll work alongside engineers, data scientists, and designers in a dynamic, fast-paced, and metrics-driven environment.

Super Dispatch is a 100% distributed team, so this role can be done anywhere in the US (Must be authorized to work in the US).

About You

This is a fully remote role and an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager who has shipped AI-driven products from ideation to scale. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of AI technologies—such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent automation—to deliver high-value solutions for our customers.

You’ll be based in the US but collaborate closely with our engineering and AI/ML teams in Central Asia, bridging time zones and translating complex technical capabilities into clear customer value.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to research, validate, and prioritize customer problems that AI and automation can solve
  • Own the AI problem space for your product and customer segment, becoming an expert in how AI can enhance customer workflows, decision-making, and operational efficiency
  • Define and execute the AI product vision and roadmap in alignment with the overall company strategy
  • Define and monitor AI product KPIs such as prediction accuracy, model adoption, and ROI impact
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that drive measurable outcomes
  • Communicate progress, learnings, and risks regularly too stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years leading AI or ML-powered product initiatives for B2B SaaS solutions
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • Successfully scaling AI-driven products from MVP to market adoption
  • Experience turning AI/ML capabilities into customer-facing features with measurable business impact
  • Experience in transportation/logistics or supply chain technology is nice to have
  • Strong track record of working in metrics-driven, experimentation-focused environments

Comfortable working within cross-functional squads including engineers, data scientists, and product designers

  • Experience owning business outcomes, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategies
  • Proven ability to work with remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones

Location Requirement:

This position is only open to candidates located within the United States.

Super Dispatch takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. The pay scale salary or On-Target Earnings (OTE, for Sales roles) range for this position represents the low, middle, and high end of the salary or OTE range for this position based on all US locations. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Salary/OTE is just one component of our total rewards package. The pay scale or OTE ranges may be modified in the future.
