Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Product Manager to lead the evolution of our AI Social Specialist, part of our suite of autonomous AI marketing agents. Building on our recently launched AI marketing team, you’ll take our social AI capabilities to the next level, creating tools that transform how real estate professionals build their personal brands and engage with their communities.
This is a unique opportunity for a product manager who lives and breathes social media, understands the nuanced “laws of physics” that drive social engagement, and has the creative vision to build products that help real estate agents become influential voices in their markets. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, social psychology, and real estate marketing, shipping solutions that directly impact agent success and brand building.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, with close collaboration across engineering, AI/ML, marketing, and client success. You will define strategy, prioritize features, and deliver scalable solutions that establish Luxury Presence as the definitive social platform for real estate professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for our AI Social Specialist, expanding to a comprehensive social platform
- Design and ship automated social content creation and posting systems that maintain authentic brand voice and drive meaningful engagement
- Develop brand-rich content templates, social playbooks, and campaign frameworks that agents can customize and deploy at scale
- Build sophisticated content creation tools for agents who are establishing themselves as local market influencers and thought leaders
- Create listing engagement strategies and tools that maximize property exposure through strategic social amplification
- Design inbox management, automation, and lead generation features that convert social engagement into qualified prospects
- Partner with AI/ML teams to develop content recommendation engines, optimal posting algorithms, and engagement prediction models
- Establish social media best practices and guardrails that protect agent brands while maximizing reach and conversion
- Collaborate with marketing to understand social trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging engagement tactics
- Define and track social engagement, brand building, and lead conversion metrics across all major social platforms
- Work cross-functionally to integrate social tools with our existing CRM, website, and marketing automation ecosystem
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- 5+ years building social media products, creator tools, or community platforms, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketing tech, or creator economy
- Deep understanding of social media dynamics across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) including algorithm mechanics, content optimization, and engagement psychology
- Active social media presence with demonstrated understanding of what drives authentic engagement and brand building
- Strong grasp of content creation workflows, social media management tools, and influencer marketing principles
- Data-driven approach to social metrics while maintaining intuition for the qualitative aspects of social success
- Excellent collaborator with ability to work across product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams
- Proven track record of shipping products that drive measurable social engagement and business outcomes
- Deep empathy for content creators and understanding of the challenges of building a personal brand
- Strategic thinker who can balance platform-specific tactics with long-term brand building vision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PropTech, real estate, or professional services where personal branding drives business success
- Background building AI-powered content creation, social automation, or creator tools
- Understanding of real estate marketing cycles, listing promotion strategies, and agent-client relationship dynamics
- Experience with social commerce, lead generation through social channels, or community-driven sales funnels
- Familiarity with social media APIs, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Track record of building products for professionals who use social media as a primary business development tool
- Experience with creator economy trends, influencer marketing platforms, or personal brand monetization strategies
$150,000 - $185,000 a year
