About the role
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Testing Specialist (MUST HAVE).
- Expertise in the use of a BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) framework based on Cucumber (MUST HAVE).
- Knowledge and experience in Automation testing capability (Ruby/Cucumber, Selenium) would be highly advantageous.
- Experience with at least one programming language (Java, Ruby, Python etc.)- Must
- Knowledge and exposure to API testing (SoapUI and Postman) would be a plus.
- Understanding of context-based and risk-based testing of complex business applications.
- Good to have knowledge of Jenkins, Git.
- Experience utilising tools such as JIRA and Confluence for test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Prior experience working on insurance, documents, claims, policy management and billing systems would be beneficial
- Track record of experience working on complex core enterprise-wide technology platforms
- Experienced with coaching and mentoring junior to mid-level testers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
