Ubiminds is assisting a company which is building an exciting new product suite for Public Safety.
Challenge
As a FullStack Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and Engineering Manager, and contribute to development initiatives with a strong focus on Node.js, Express, React, and Next.js. You will work as part of a distributed team, ensuring robust solutions and effective team communication across regions.
What you’ll do
- Perform backend development and integration to deliver reliable, scalable solutions, contributing to the core of our technology stack.
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated, and efficient deployment processes across environments.
- Oversee deployments and conduct rigorous testing, guaranteeing high-quality code and maintaining system stability.
- Take full project ownership, actively participating in daily scrums, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning on project goals and timelines.
In order to succeed in this position, you will need:
Mandatory skills
- 5+ years of experience in a FullStack development role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, Express, React, and Next.js, with the ability to build and maintain scalable applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams and present ideas clearly.
Nice to have
- Experience in software architecture, with an understanding of scalable system design and best practices.
- Background in the car industry or payments sector, bringing relevant domain knowledge and insights.
- Familiarity with Firebase and AWS, leveraging cloud services to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
