ABOUT THE SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST:
We are looking to add a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to our growing team! You have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition. You are a high-energy strategic thinker. You have experience in working with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. You are timeline and goals-driven.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Attract and nurture talent through ATS, LinkedIn, social media and referrals
- Serve as the primary contact and help create an outstanding experience for candidates
- Act as a high-energy brand ambassador for WIN on social media and other channels
- Build and continually refine best practices and target metrics for recruiting
- Be highly responsive, and communicate rapidly with the team and management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally including technical roles
- Experience working with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Like to work hard, have fun, laugh with colleagues, and embrace accountability
