Job Description

As a Software Developer of the Build Control Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal CI platforms to support the Continuous Integration of Intelerad products This role is perfect for a developer who believes in winning the day through focus and follow through, thrives in a collaborative environment, and isn’t afraid to get after big ideas that challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities
Software Development
- Design, prototype, develop, test, document, automate and maintain of major features of Intelerad’s products
- Refine the delivery infrastructure to continuously improve its performance
- Develop a deep understanding of our client’s needs
- Tackle issues that may arise across the full software stack
DevOps
- Maintain Continuous Integration pipelines including infrastructure (OS patching, Security, Disaster Recovery etc.)
- Support the administration of internal build systems (CI, Source Code repository, Artifacts repository Release management etc.)
Project Management
- Work in an Agile Development workflow
- Participate in project scoping, requirements gathering and time estimation with minimal supervision
- Strive to complete your deliverables according to requirements within the time estimates
Teamwork
- Collaborate with other team members to maximize the team’s productivity and our product’s quality.
- Stay current with developments in your discipline and share your knowledge with the team and promote opportunities for growth and improvement
Qualifications
Employment Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external
- relationships
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Solid experience working with infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Experience designing and building complex CI/CD pipelines
- Experience writing unit tests and e2e tests
- Experience with Python, Jenkins or equivalent high-level language and GitHub
- Good experience with AWS and/or other cloud infrastructure
Desired Competencies
- Strong troubleshooting techniques
- Proven ability to be structured, organized and detail oriented
- Experience with Linux, shell scripts, command line
- Familiarity with Healthcare software
- Experience with Ansible and/or Web Development
- Strong approach to continuous improvement
