This role is responsible for ensuring that all supplier inventory data is accurately standardized and consistently updated across our internal systems. In addition, the individual will lead the execution of data integrity processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy of data throughout the organization. Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining clean, organized data are essential for success in this role. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing and exciting startup environment, then this is the job for you! You’ll gain practical experience and may have the opportunity to join our team full-time
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage the standardization of our supplier inventory data and upload into our systems
- Execute data integrity processes to ensure data across our internal systems is consistent and up-to-date
- Lead Hubspot data imports and data updates of company, contact and deal records

What You’ll Need
For us, it’s all about the drive! If you are motivated to make an impact on a business and deliver results, we want to hear from you.
- Education: Degree in sales, supply chain, operations management, or related field (in progress)
- Languages: English & French written and spoken
- Software: Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
