Job Description
Team Leader is responsible for disciplinary leadership, leading employees in staff-related terms. The holder of this position is organizing the team of experts with different skill profiles, motivating and enthusing staff, providing feedback, initiating training and further developing staff, promoting talent. Assuming extensive responsibility for a large operational team area with largely standardized activities. Acts according to valid legislation and Slovak Labor code.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Steering and coordinating the completion of tasks.
- Optimizing the team area using key performance indicators.
- Enhancing process efficiency in the team area.
- Presenting the work results to the next management level up.
- Managing team structure, workload distribution, and operational methods.
- Leading employees in staff-related terms and in accordance with the Group leadership principles.
- Organizing the team of experts with different skill profiles, motivating and enthusing staff, providing feedback, initiating training and further developing staff, promoting talent.
- Briefing staff and keeping them informed about general/specific matters.
- Applying the available leadership tools; administratively implementing staff related processes; (pre-)selecting new employees.
- Cascading the higher-level strategy into one’s own area.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders at the highest levels within the business and manages their expectations on projects.
- Steering of cost items and relevant and relevant HR and financial KPIs on cost center level according to defined financial plans.
- Supporting in building a strong brand and raising awareness of our company.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1800 € /brutto.
