Join our team as a Customer Service Representative to handle daily operations, provide technical advice, and work closely with Sales Account Managers to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in relevant life science fields including but not limited to cell biology, immunology, and molecular biology
- 2-3 years of commercial experience will be an advantage
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese, verbally and in writing (as this role works closely with some Chinese speaking clients and colleagues)
- Good presentation skills with scientific content
- Customer-focused, proactive/action-oriented with good business acumen
- Previous industry experience in a similar commercial role will be an advantage
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, organization and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibilities of the daily operation of customer service function to handle all initial inquiries from customers, dealers, and general public regarding order placement, complaints, technical support and etc
- Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools; identify and interpret customers’ requirements, shape these requirements to fit company research & manufacturing capabilities and communicate these to customers
- Work closely with Sales Account Managers as a consultant to clients on technical matters to improve customer satisfaction. Solve technical and order issues for the customers to maintain customer relationship together with sales managers
- Arrange telecommunications and give technical presentations to customers
