Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development and design
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing customer needs and translating them into product requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering customer value
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage requirements
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and business goals
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is properly prioritized and aligned with the product vision
- Work closely with the development team to refine requirements, define user stories, and provide clarity on product features and functionality
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
- Ensure that the development team understands and delivers on the product vision and goals
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure that the product meets the defined acceptance criteria and quality standards
- Manage and communicate product releases, including release planning and coordinating with stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive product enhancements
