About the Role

  • We’re looking for a resourceful, research-driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter to partner closely with our Talent Partners and hiring managers to build high-quality candidate pipelines across critical roles. In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging top-tier talent, with a focus on passive candidates, and helping us make smart, inclusive hiring decisions. Your work will be foundational to helping us scale thoughtfully and stay ahead in a competitive talent market.

  • This isn’t just about sending InMails—it’s about understanding what great looks like, mapping the market, and crafting outreach that resonates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates across a variety of roles.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, and custom research.

  • Provide consistent updates on pipeline health, market insights, and sourcing challenges, helping inform data-driven hiring strategies.

  • Help drive inclusive hiring by proactively identifying and reaching out to candidates from diverse backgrounds.

  • Contribute to continuous improvements in our sourcing processes, tools, and employer brand presence in targeted talent communities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proven success sourcing for technical, go-to-market, or specialized roles across multiple levels.

  • Comfort navigating sourcing platforms, Boolean searches, and candidate engagement strategies.

  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with a knack for crafting outreach that actually gets responses.

  • Curiosity, persistence, and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunity.

It’s a Plus if You Have…

  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Background in Generative AI, Engineering, Data Science or web3

  • International sourcing experience (Canada, USA, Latin America)

  • Trilingual is a plus (English, Spanish and Portuguese)
