Job Description

We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Vice President of Product Management to lead our industry strategy for a next-generation, AI-powered ERP platform. This role is responsible for ensuring that the unique needs of the services industries—including professional services, public sector, and other verticals—are deeply embedded into our product roadmap and delivery.

You will work in close partnership with the VP of Products, who owns horizontal product capabilities, to ensure that end-to-end industry and geographic requirements are fully supported across the platform.

You will lead a team of Product Directors and their teams and collaborate closely with engineering, design, support, services and go-to-market teams to deliver modern, intelligent, and scalable financial solutions.  Bring new products to market to drive further cross sell into the existing customer base and champion the development of new capabilities that will increase win rate and customer satisfaction with our core offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Industry Product Strategy

  • Define and drive the industry-specific product strategy for services-based verticals, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate industry insights and best practices into product requirements that inform platform capabilities, workflows, and user experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with field team members including sales, services and more to understand the nuances of regulatory policies in each geography serviced and to translate those into prioritized product requirements
  • Partner with the VP of Products to align vertical and horizontal product strategies, ensuring seamless integration of industry-specific features into the core ERP platform.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support go-to-market efforts and customer adoption in our focus geographies and veriticals.

AI-Driven Innovation

  • Champion the use of AI and automation to augment decision-making, streamline operations, and deliver predictive insights across industry-specific use cases (e.g., project forecasting, resource planning, compliance).

Global Market Alignment

  • Ensure that industry solutions are tailored to meet the needs of key geographies, with a strong focus on European market requirements
  • Support localization and configuration strategies that enable scalable deployment across diverse markets.

Product Leadership & Execution

  • Lead a team of industry-focused product specialists to deliver high-impact features and capabilities.
  • Be the voice of industry product strategy to the company with a clearly articulated plan for end to end support and differentiated solutions for each of our chosen markets.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in building ERP or enterprise SaaS solutions for services-based industries.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise software.
  • Deep familiarity with European market dynamics, including localization, compliance, and regional buyer personas.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with PSA (Professional Services Automation), or compliance-heavy workflows.
  • Experience with cloud-native ERP platforms
  • Background in scaling product organizations and launching AI-driven features
