We are a fully remote, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded in 2015. We partner with federal agencies to build human-centered digital solutions and modernize government services. Our work focuses on using modern technology and design to create government services that are user-friendly, accessible, and inclusive.

We offer digital transformation, product development, DevOps, and agile coaching. Our goal is to make government software as efficient and engaging as commercial products. We prioritize human-centered design, building and testing digital tools for real people, and refining them based on feedback. We also help agencies shift their processes and culture—including procurement, delivery, and leadership—towards Agile best practices. We improve performance and scalability with cloud-based environments that use CI/CD.

We are a prime contractor on GSA IT-70, VA CEDAR IDIQ, CDC PRIME & DMI BPA, OPM DSS BPA, and CMS MPSM BPA. Our clients include the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are also a founding member of the Digital Services Coalition, a group of companies working to improve government technology.

We offer a fully remote work environment that supports work-life balance and flexibility. Our employees receive competitive and equitable salaries, 401K matching up to 4% of their salary, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We pay 90% of medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees and 80% for all enrolled family members. We also provide employer-paid life insurance (1x your salary), short-term, and long-term disability insurance.

Our paid time off includes 30+ vacation days (18 accrued days per year plus 11 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays), flexible wellness days, and company-paid parental leave for new parents by birth or adoption. Our employees also receive company-paid funds for self-managed professional development and tenure-based profit sharing.
