The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Website Development & Maintenance:

  • Develop and maintain websites for 15+ operating companies, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Technical Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Troubleshoot website issues, including broken links, formatting errors, and other technical problems.
  • Provide support as needed to resolve technical issues quickly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal website performance.

Website Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track user behavior, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reports on website performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple website projects concurrently, maintaining an organized approach and meeting deadlines for updates, new builds, and landing page creation.
  • Maintain documentation of all website-related projects, including changes made, design elements, and content updates.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
