As a Senior Analyst (FP&A) for our Finance Transformation team, you will combine Finance expertise with hands on technical acumen to fuel business growth & profitability and achieve measurable outcomes of efficiency and effectiveness for our Finance and Business teams. This hybrid role will partner with FP&A, Accounting, IT and business stakeholders and leaders to optimize financial processes, drive automation, and deliver actionable insights leveraging existing enterprise platforms such as Dynamics365, Anaplan, PowerBI, Salesforce and Databricks and help build new agentic platforms. This is not a back-office role; it is a seat at the table influencing and leading major projects that make associates’ lives easier and more productive along with driving substantial business value.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a bridge between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within FP&A and Accounting workflows
- Support the implementation and enhancement of Finance systems, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training
- Translate Finance requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and analytics
- Collaborate with technical support partners to improve data availability, ensure data accuracy, integrity, and automation across Finance platforms
- Assist IT partners with design, development, and maintenance of integrations between systems (Dynamics365, Anaplan, Databricks, Salesforce, etc.)
- Build and optimize dashboards and reports in PowerBI to support financial and operational analysis
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flows, reporting, and system integrations
- Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across the finance organization
- Create documentation, training materials, and best practices to support scalable finance operations
- Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies in Finance analytics and enterprise software
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Finance systems and processes such as Dynamics365, Anaplan, Databricks, and PowerBI (experience with system integrations preferred)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills including regression analyses
- Strong understanding of data management, ETL processes, and business intelligence concepts
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders including developing training materials and sessions
- Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills to improve processes
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, Databricks)
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (SQL, Python, DAX)
- Knowledge of Retail or Consumer Goods industry Finance processes
- Exposure to AI/ML analytics or automation tools

Pay Transparency and Benefits
- The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.
