Role:
\*\* This role is for a 1 year fixed contract ( Maternity Cover ) **
As a Project Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth delivery of IT projects across our client base. Working closely with our Project Managers and Quality Manager, you will ensure that internal and client requests are processed efficiently, project data remains accurate and up to date, and stakeholders receive clear, timely updates. You will also help spot and correct errors, ensuring our team delivers projects with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You must be proficient in Excel and Word and comfortable handling written and verbal communications with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Below are the key responsibilities for the Project Support Coordinator, supporting Professional Services project delivery and quality:
- Support Project Managers and Quality Manager with coordination and administration of project activities.
- Manage and update project requests within the ticketing system and dashboards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all project data and documentation.
- Track and monitor project progress, identifying missing information, delays, or risks.
- Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
- Identify and flag inconsistencies or errors that may impact project quality.
- Produce and maintain project status reports for internal and client use.
- Assist with process adherence, ensuring teams follow Professional Services standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, CXM, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Uphold strong communication and prioritization practices to manage multiple project demands.
- Support Quality Manager in maintaining a high standard of project delivery across the department.
