The Senior Design Project Coordinator role is a crucial component to ensuring the day-to-day operations of our clients run smoothly and efficiently. An ideal candidate for our team would have design and/or construction experience. This role requires the ability to work well on a remote team.

What you’ll do…
- Own and coordinate design documentation milestones from kickoff through closeout
- Partner with Engineers of Record to support successful delivery of models, drawings, and record documents
- Track design schedules and drive accountability across stakeholders
- Manage access to current models and construction documents, serving as an SME for project systems (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- Review and QA/QC drawings and documents for compliance with standards
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews and communication related to design deliverables
- Maintain accurate project records and oversee final document turnover to operations
- Support construction-phase changes and help improve standardized workflows and processes
You should have
- Familiarity with full project lifecycle from pre-construction thru closeout
- Experience in document control with revision control and document repository management
- Familiarity with QAQC of documents per established standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the Design and/or Construction industry as it relates to project or program management
- Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
- Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud, G-suite, SharePoint
- Demonstrated capability to lead decisively in challenging and intricate environments
- Proven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards successful delivery, even without formal authority
- Self-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles
- Basic knowledge in data center engineering or construction
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders
- Ability to work with a remote and geographically dispersed team (multiple time zones)
