About the Opportunity:
Joining the ABC team as a Recruiting Coordinator offers a unique, fun, and challenging opportunity. This role is responsible for keeping the recruiting engine running smoothly — scheduling interviews, maintainingaccurate ATS records, supporting candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness directly impact hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-volume candidate outreach via calls, SMS, and email to fuel active hiring pipelines and address regional hotspot priorities
Track and organize incoming candidate documents and onboarding materials, ensuring accurate and timely handoffs to Dispatch and Compliance
Maintain clean, audit-ready candidate records in the ATS/CRM and Excel, ensuring accuracy for seamless handoffs to Dispatch and Compliance.
Build and execute creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to attract qualified Process Servers in high-demand markets.
Regularly test new outreach methods and recruitment technology, documenting performance results to scale successful strategies across the team
Flag urgent candidate drop-offs, pipeline gaps, or process bottlenecks to the assigned recruiter for immediate action
Create and maintain data-driven reports and workflows that enable proactive sourcing strategies in underperforming or emerging regional markets
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative role in a fast-paced environment
Experience creating and executing sourcing or marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Experience using an ATS or CRM to manage candidate records and workflows
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with a consistent track record of accuracy in data entry and documentation
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Pay: $48k- $53K DOE
