About the Opportunity:

Joining the ABC team as a Recruiting Coordinator offers a unique, fun, and challenging opportunity. This role is responsible for keeping the recruiting engine running smoothly — scheduling interviews, maintainingaccurate ATS records, supporting candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness directly impact hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume candidate outreach via calls, SMS, and email to fuel active hiring pipelines and address regional hotspot priorities

  • Track and organize incoming candidate documents and onboarding materials, ensuring accurate and timely handoffs to Dispatch and Compliance

  • Maintain clean, audit-ready candidate records in the ATS/CRM and Excel, ensuring accuracy for seamless handoffs to Dispatch and Compliance.

  • Build and execute creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to attract qualified Process Servers in high-demand markets.

  • Regularly test new outreach methods and recruitment technology, documenting performance results to scale successful strategies across the team

  • Flag urgent candidate drop-offs, pipeline gaps, or process bottlenecks to the assigned recruiter for immediate action

  •  Create and maintain data-driven reports and workflows that enable proactive sourcing strategies in underperforming or emerging regional markets

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative role in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience creating and executing sourcing or marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously

  • Experience using an ATS or CRM to manage candidate records and workflows

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail with a consistent track record of accuracy in data entry and documentation

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision

Pay: $48k- $53K DOE
