We started as an international e-commerce group in 2014, with several business units. Our main direct-to-consumer (B2C) business is the online fashion store ABOUT YOU. We serve over 13 million active customers across 26 European markets, selling approximately 750,000 items from nearly 4,000 brands. ABOUT YOU reported EUR 2.0 billion in revenue in FY ²⁰²⁴⁄₂₀₂₅ and offers a personalized shopping experience on smartphones.

Our business-to-business (B2B) operations are run by SCAYLE GmbH. SCAYLE offers a cloud-based enterprise shop system that helps brands and retailers grow their digital businesses. Around 300 online stores license SCAYLE’s Commerce technology, including clients like Harrods, Manchester United, Deichmann, Fielmann, and FC Bayern. SCAYLE also provides ABOUT YOU Tech Services as an API solution for online retailers and ABOUT YOU Brand Relations & Retail Media for native advertising.

SCAYLE Payments GmbH, our newest subsidiary, adds payment services to our offerings. It received a payment services license from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in October 2024 and is expanding across various European markets to provide modern payment solutions.

In July 2025, ABOUT YOU Holding SE merged with Zalando SE. This led to a merger squeeze-out in November 2025, and ABOUT YOU shares were delisted from the regulated market.
