Founded in 2011 and headquartered in San Francisco, our operations cover shopping, personal styling, e-commerce, technology, data science, engineering, retail, merchandising, warehouse operations, and marketing.

Our technical teams manage the entire procurement process, from product discovery and purchase orders to warehouse receipt. We also develop recommendation and search systems, build agentic AI workflows for stylists, and oversee order management, including checkout, order lifecycle, fulfillment, and third-party integrations. Additionally, we handle promotional and pricing strategies, manage private label brands like children’s apparel, and provide financial analysis for planning and forecasting across departments.
