We are a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that uses AI for drug creation. We design therapeutics, focusing on biologics and difficult-to-drug targets, with our Integrated Drug Creation platform. This platform uses de novo AI and AI lead optimization models.

Our platform operates in six-week cycles. During each cycle, we generate data in our wet lab, train our AI models, design biologics from scratch, and optimize leads based on multiple parameters.

We offer two main services: AI Drug Creation and AI Target Discovery. AI Target Discovery involves reverse immunology to find antibody/target pairs from super immune responders, which we then optimize with AI for later studies. For example, our internal pipeline includes ABS-201, an antibody we designed with generative AI for androgenetic alopecia. It targets prolactin receptors to stimulate hair follicle regeneration. We took this therapeutic candidate from concept to clinical trial in 24 months.

Our work involves generative AI, synthetic biology, biologics, drug discovery, antibody development, and artificial intelligence. We collaborate with partners across pharma, technology, and academia, including AstraZeneca, Merck, Almirall, Caltech, the Gates Foundation, AMD, and Nvidia. We specialize in biotechnology research, applying machine learning, deep learning, protein design and engineering, natural language processing, computer vision, and molecular dynamics for computer-aided design of therapeutic candidates.

Our mission is to create better biologics for patients, faster. We aim to discover new biology and create biologics from scratch with AI, to deliver life-changing medicines. Our founder and CEO wants to create therapeutics “at the click of a button.”

Our team has over 200 employees, including scientists, data engineers, and other professionals who work together on drug creation. We focus on building a positive culture based on trust and transparency. We encourage collaboration and creativity across our scientific and technical teams.

We support various work arrangements, including remote, hybrid, and on-site options for roles in New York City or Vancouver, Washington. Our office is also dog-friendly, and some employee dogs are even called “Chief Morale Officers.”
