We provide emergency management advisory and consulting services. We work with private companies, non-profits, and all levels of government—federal, state, local, and tribal.

Our services cover all stages of emergency management: planning, preparedness, response, recovery, mitigation, and resilience. This includes managing FEMA Programs, disaster recovery, CDBG-DR and grant administration, project and program management, policy development, compliance, data and document management, and continuity of operations. We also specialize in grant management, emergency management, disaster recovery, risk reduction, resilience, disaster response, strategic planning, program management, COOP, COG, and debris management.

We were founded in 2018. We are certified as a Woman-Owned Small Business and hold SBE/WBE/MBE/DBE/HUB certifications in nearly 20 states. We also support data operations and Salesforce administration for emergency management, including for the Florida Division of Emergency Management.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, full-spectrum emergency management services.

We operate under core values that guide our work and client engagement.

Our team numbers 51-200 individuals. The work environment often involves significant travel and potential for extended deployments to client sites, including evenings and weekends.

Collaboration across divisions is key, and we offer opportunities to lead smaller projects or parts of larger projects and cross-functional teams.
