About Accord
Founded in 1971, we are a non-profit organization in the Individual and Family Services industry. We serve adults and families across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. We help individuals living with disabilities or mental health challenges achieve their personal and career goals and live to the fullest.
We provide disability services, mental health services, employment services, and in-home care. Our programs include:
- Care Management
- Case Management
- Community Support Services (like housing stabilization)
- Day Support Services
- Family Support Services (including IHS without Training, Respite Care, Homemaker Services, and Night Supervision)
- Financial Management Services
- Life Sharing/Alternative Housing Options
Our Home Share program offers single-room housing for individuals with mental health disabilities through subsidized HUD programs. These community-based homes provide private bedrooms and shared living spaces. Home Share locations include Eden Prairie, St. Louis Park, Crystal, Minnetonka, and other areas in Minnesota. We hold CQL’s highest accreditation, Person-Centered Excellence with Distinction, making us the only agency in Minnesota and one of nine nationally to receive this recognition.
