We are a human services and healthcare organization supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. We provide Independent Living Services (ILS), Supported Living Services (SLS), Behavioral Management Services (BMS), mental health services, supportive housing, and Day Programs. Our goal is to connect clients with resources, create safe living environments, and promote well-being through prevention, intervention, treatment, and education.

Our services cover numerous counties throughout Northern and Southern California. In Northern California, we serve individuals in Alpine, Colusa, El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo, Yuba counties (Alta California Regional Center); Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo counties (Golden Gate Regional Center); Napa, Sonoma, Solano counties (North Bay Regional Center); Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Mendocino counties (Redwood Coast Regional Center); Alameda, Contra Costa counties (Regional Center of the East Bay); and Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz counties (San Andreas Regional Center).

In Southern California, we provide services in Orange County (Regional Center of Orange County); San Diego and Imperial Counties (San Diego Regional Center); San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties (Tri Counties Regional Center); and Los Angeles County (Westside Regional Center). All of our work follows the regulations and best practice guidelines outlined in Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations and by local Regional Centers.

Our mission is to provide excellent supported living services to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring they are treated with respect, dignity, and pride. We are committed to making all available resources in the counties we serve accessible to our clients, helping them achieve independence.

We promise to assist individuals in reaching their goals and dreams while protecting their rights and safety, as outlined in Title 17. We maintain high service standards and believe in working together to help individuals discover and use their talents and skills to live their best lives. We promote the wellness of individuals, their families, and the community through prevention, intervention, treatment, and education.

We have between 201 and 500 employees. Our team includes certified direct care staff, case managers, life coaches, and mental health therapists. We foster a positive and respectful work environment where hard work and achievements are recognized.
