Actionstep is a pioneer in the development and sale of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, specializing in the delivery of Legal Accounting and Legal Practice Management software. We are a fast-growing, dynamic business with a global customer base and team. We are expanding our sales team to drive our business growth in the Emerging Firm Legal market. We are currently looking for a rockstar Account Executive to join the team.
Based in the United States, but also with the ability to work remotely, you will have proven SaaS software sales experience in the Legal Industry. In this opportunity, you will help grow the Actionstep Emerging Market customer base in an underserved market of over 400K smaller law firms across the US. As someone who is self-motivated and results orientated, you will generate new customer opportunities through effective prospecting, delivery of outbound activities, solutioning, funnel management, forecasting and closing sales. This is a fantastic chance to make an impact at a successful cloud-based, technology organization.
3+ years SaaS sales experience
Experience in Legal Tech
Exposure to and knowledge of the legal accounting practices & technology platforms
Proven experience presenting and leading product demo’s
A strong communicator that builds rapport, listens well, and adapts style and approach to suit
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Has the ability to research, identify, qualify, drive and close opportunities
Able to work autonomously yet contribute effectively as a team player
