We are a systems and specialty engineering company, founded in 1986, serving government and industry clients in aerospace and defense. Our work generally falls into two areas:

At the systems level, we solve critical mission problems, develop lifecycle sustainment strategies, and help innovate. We are knowledgeable about the Federal Acquisition System and use economic and financial modeling to help clients make informed decisions.

At the human level, we develop customized training programs and teach engineering subjects, including automation. We also support warfighters in cross-cultural environments through services like cultural intelligence, conflict resolution, localization, translation, and interpretation.

Our specialties include Intelligence, Systems Engineering, Research and Development, Test and Evaluation, Cross-Cultural Intelligence, Linguistics, Instructional Systems Design, Curriculum Design, Translation and Interpretation, Conflict Resolution, and Program Support. We employ analysts, engineers, logisticians, economists, and education specialists.

For large-scale enterprise systems, we help clients gather, develop, and migrate system and sub-system requirements. We also ensure requirements are verifiable and testable, support independent validation and verification (including migration into DOORS Next), and develop interface requirements.
