Job Description
Your Role:
- You will take a central role in one of our upcoming teams working within state of the art mobile radio base station development
- With a sharp focus on modern practices and integration tools, we are looking for a candidate who stands out through their leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team working on telecom Mobile Radio Base Station related development
- Interact with customers and end users to gather needs and requirement
- Drive proactive proposals to improve the products and the program
- Guide team members in development practices and ensure delivery of high-quality code and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams sharing code base and CI team to meet project goals and timelines
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence
- Still be able to code part time and keep technical knowledge
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Min 8 years experience
- Strong grasp of embedded systems and agile way of working and development environments incl automated development environment using Jenkins or similar tools
- Min 4 years experience of C++ programming
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
- Telecom mobile system knowledge
- Experience in cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, microservices
