We, Facility Performance Consulting, started in 2014. We provide specialized consulting services and solutions throughout a facility’s life cycle for the Built Environment. We are a proptech business.

We operate under two main areas:

• Advisory services include Technical Program & Project Management, Building Performance, Building Sustainability & Energy Efficiency, and Cyber Security.
• Digital services focus on Digital Building Design, Engineering, and Operations, aiming for frictionless building design.

Besides these services, we also offer products and solutions. We help clients create flexible, healthy, and efficient facilities that perform well for occupants. Our goal is to create healthier environments and lower operational costs. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.

Our headquarters are in London, UK, and we have regional offices in Dublin (EMEA), San Francisco (US & Americas), Bangalore (India), and Singapore (APAC). We had 50 employees in 2022 and grew to over 150 by 2025.

Our mission is “Build Tomorrow’s Digital Planet.” We help clients achieve their main goals: creating flexible, healthy, and functional facilities that perform well for occupants, which helps improve productivity.
