Job Description
Your Role:
- You will take a central role in one of our upcoming teams working within state of the art mobile radio base station development
- With a sharp focus on modern practices and integration tools, we are looking for a candidate who stands out through their technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team working on telecom Mobile Radio Base Station related development with increasing cloud integration.
- Interact with customers and end users to gather needs and requirement
- Drive proactive proposals to improve the products and the program
- Guide team members in development practices and ensure delivery of high-quality code and products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams sharing code base and CI team to meet project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 9+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in modern C++.
- Strong background in Telecom radio base station development and 3GPP/Multi Standard Radio Architecture.
- Strong grasp of embedded systems and real-time constraints.
- Familiarity with Linux platforms such as yocto.
- Experience in agile way of working and development environments incl Git and Jenkins.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in C# or Python.
- Experience in cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, microservices
- Understanding of FPGA and or electronics/radio design
- Good understanding of networking protocols (IPv6, DHCPv6).
