About AgentSync

We were founded in 2018 by Niranjan “Niji” Sabharwal and Jenn Knight and are headquartered in Denver, Colorado. We build modern insurance infrastructure that connects carriers, agencies, MGAs, and producers.

Our solutions simplify onboarding, licensing, and appointing processes, helping our clients grow while staying compliant. Our insurance compliance software automatically enforces state producer licensing and appointment regulations.

We offer distribution channel management tools, a managed service for compliance and distribution, and an API for integrating accurate, up-to-date data.

We’ve been named one of Denver’s Best Places to Work. We also appeared on the Forbes Cloud 100 Rising Stars list, Insurtech Insights Future 50, and were ranked 88th in Forbes’ 2022 list of America’s 500 Best Startup Employers.

Our clients have seen significant results, such as up to 100 times improved producer-to-administration ratios and over 95% faster ready-to-sell timelines. We track and implement 302 regulatory changes and have helped increase annual producer appointments by six times. Our system can handle up to 500,000 simultaneous NPN transactions with a 99.9% success rate, retrieving NPN data in under 1.1 seconds.
