We offer an API-first no-code digital platform for insurance product innovation, administration, and distribution. Founded in 2012, we let insurance carriers, MGAs, and brokers design, test, and deploy insurance products, adjust rates, and personalize customer journeys without needing extensive engineering help.

Our platform helps optimize product performance, scale existing portfolios, and change pricing and coverage quickly. We support Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) carriers, and offer solutions for MGAs. Our goal is to help clients get products to market faster and reduce operational costs.

We operate globally, with offices in the UK (our headquarters), United States, Australia, and Japan. Our clients include Hiscox, Sompo Japan, Standard Bank, Vitality, Green Shield, and Flow Flood Insurance. We also work with partners like Deloitte, PwC, EY, Accenture, and Microsoft.

Some roles are hybrid, requiring in-office collaboration (e.g., two days a week in London for certain UK-based roles) combined with remote work flexibility. This is supported by initiatives like our “Freedom Pass.”

We offer a competitive salary and 28 days of holiday, plus public holidays. You can earn an additional holiday day for each year you work with us, up to five extra days.
