Whom are we looking for
Join our Talent Acquisition team at Agile Actors and help us grow communities of passionate tech professionals in AI, Software Engineering, Data, and Product. In this role, you’ll work closely with both internal teams and external clients, acting as a true partner in shaping hiring strategies, improving candidate experience, and supporting business growth. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, bring your ideas to life, and collaborate with people who care about learning, feedback, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy building relationships, navigating different stakeholders, and connecting great people with meaningful work, this is a place where your impact will be visible and valued.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or another related field (a Master’s degree in HR or Organizational Psychology will be considered an asset)
- 1-3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Team in full-lifecycle recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals in various industries
- Knowledge of interviewing techniques, different assessment and evaluation methods
- Familiarity with various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Experience with KPIs and Recruitment metrics
- Sourcing techniques experience, including passive candidates and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calmness
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to negotiate job offers and handle candidate communication throughout the hiring process
