We started in 2001 as an alternative legal services provider, offering on-demand legal support across the nation and in 6 countries. We serve small law firms, small-to-midsize businesses (SMBs), and private funds.

Our Virtual Paralegal Services (VPS) group offers on-demand, senior-level paralegal support to small law firms across various practice areas. VPS also helps with law firm management tasks like forms libraries, time and billing, bookkeeping, and financial management.

Our corporate team supports SMBs with legal project professionals for litigation, eDiscovery, and contract management. This helps them cut legal costs and manage projects more efficiently.

For private funds, our Fund Services combine securities and blue sky compliance with entity management, all for a fixed annual fee.

We also offer Brand Identity & Strategy, Contract Management, corporate legal support for transactions, governance, and compliance, Fund Services, and International legal support for cross-border operations and compliance.

Our team consists of experienced legal professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal administrators. We’ve served over 600 global clients in our 19+ years in business.
