Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Inside Sales – LATAM

Travel Requirements: Up to 20% travel across Latin America

Position Summary

The Inside Sales will serve as the regional extension of the HQ Partner Success team for Latin America. The role will proactively engage dealers and prospective partners, serve as a consistent and professional point of external communication between HQ, Sales, and the regional dealer network, expand partner coverage, identify commercial opportunities, drive product adoption, and provide actionable dealer insights to HQ and the regional Sales organization.

Using dealer data, purchase history, product adoption and engagement information, this role will identify priority partners, conduct targeted outreach, understand business needs and barriers, qualify opportunities, and connect dealers with the appropriate Sales, Marketing, Support, Operations or HQ teams.

This is a commercially focused partner engagement role but does not replace the responsibilities of Sales/BDMs. Sales remains responsible for pricing, negotiations, pipeline ownership, contracts and closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage existing, inactive and prospective dealers across Latin America.
  • Segment and prioritize dealers based on activity, purchase history, product adoption and opportunity.
  • Identify reactivation, expansion, cross-sell and new product adoption opportunities.
  • Conduct targeted outbound campaigns and dealer follow-up.
  • Follow up on previous purchases, inventory and potential reorder opportunities.
  • Identify barriers to adoption such as pricing, inventory, training, awareness or demand.
  • Qualify commercial opportunities and route them to the appropriate Sales/BDM.
  • Promote new products, services, features, training and partner initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to activate relevant campaigns and content.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support, preparing sales, pipeline and dealer activity reports
  • Maintain accurate dealer and contact information in SFDC.
  • Track outreach, engagement, opportunities, follow-up and outcomes.
  • Provide HQ with regional dealer feedback, trends and actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product and Support to ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Travel across the region (up to 20%) to visit dealers.

  • Dealer data accuracy
  • International sales growth indicators in partnership with Sales

Qualifications

  • Education — Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, International Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, partner/channel management, account management, customer success or a related commercial role.
  • B2B, dealer, distributor or technology experience preferred.
  • Excellent external communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to represent the company professionally across different countries and cultures.
  • Experience preparing reports and tracking, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong outbound communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
