Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)

Role Summary As part of our Sales team, you’ll take the lead in identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their challenges, and showing how Alasco can transform the way they manage construction and real estate projects. You’ll own the first steps of the customer journey — from lead research to building strong relationships — while shaping new outbound strategies with Marketing and representing Alasco at industry events.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers to uncover their challenges and show how Alasco creates real value in the DACH market.

• Drive the first stage of the customer journey by building strong, trust-based relationships that last.

• Research and qualify new leads to expand Alasco’s reach in the construction and real estate industry.

• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement creative outbound strategies that open new opportunities for Alasco to grow.

• Represent Alasco at industry events and trade fairs to interact face to face with potential clients and to boost our market presence.

Your Profile

• Completed studies or vocational training and the motivation to kickstart or advance your career in sales.

• Strong communication and presentation skills - you know how to connect and engage with people.

• A proactive, curious mindset with the drive to learn and grow.

• Customer-focused attitude - you listen actively, understand needs, and build meaningful relationships.

• Interest for the construction and/or real estate industry and excitement for driving digital transformation.

• Fluency in German and English to communicate confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.
