Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-10729 Lead Generation & Administrative Support Virtual Assistant/Junior-Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a growing photography business with lead generation, client outreach, and administrative support.

The VA will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base by researching potential leads, conducting email outreach, and managing follow-up communications with prospective clients such as youth sports leagues and organizations.

In addition to lead generation, the VA will assist with inbox management, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and no opportunities are missed.

This position will begin as a part-time role (20 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the business continues to expand.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach

Research and identify potential leads, including youth sports leagues, athletic organizations, and related groups.

Build and maintain organized lead lists and contact databases.

Send professional outreach emails introducing photography services to prospective clients.

Support ongoing efforts to expand the client base through research and targeted outreach.

  • Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups

Follow up with prospects who previously inquired about services.

Track communication history with potential clients.

Ensure timely responses to inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up efforts.

Assist with organizing outreach pipelines to prevent missed opportunities.

  • Email & Inbox Management

Organize and manage the business email inbox.

Review, categorize, and prioritize incoming messages.

Assist in responding to client inquiries when appropriate.

Help clear and maintain the existing email backlog.

  • Administrative Support

Provide general administrative assistance as needed.

Maintain organized digital records, lead lists, and communication logs.

Monitor communications to ensure important messages or leads are not missed.

Assist with maintaining efficient workflows and task tracking.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Lead Generation Specialist.
  • Experience with lead research and outreach communication.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks.
  • Comfortable using email platforms and basic CRM or lead tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience performing lead generation for small businesses.
  • Experience with sports organizations or youth league outreach.
  • Basic knowledge of client outreach or marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools.

  • Lead Management / Tracking: Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM systems
  • Communication: Gmail or other email platforms
  • Research: Google Search, LinkedIn, online directories
  • Project Management (optional): Trello, ClickUp, or similar tools

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours (potential to scale to Full-Time)
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
  • Daily Working Time: TBD (client location)

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement

  • REPORTING TO/POC: To Be Determined
  • Number of VAs: 1
  • GENDER PREFERENCE: None
  • LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English
  • ACCENT PREFERENCE: Level A-C (Good English comprehension, communication, speaking, and writing required)
  • REGION PREFERENCES: Any
