The Role: Closer Meets Collector
Weâre looking for a proven Associate Account Executive with deep knowledge and passion for vintage cardsâwhether itâs pre-war baseball, â50s Bowman, â86 Fleer, or the non-sports classics that shaped collecting. You know the history, the players, and the stories behind the cardboard. And you know how to translate that knowledge into trusted relationships and closed deals.
Youâve been in sales 3â5 years, you live in Salesforce and Outreach, and youâre not just chasing dealsâyouâre building pipelines, handling objections, and consistently beating quota.
What Youâll Do:
Close business. Own the full sales cycle and bring vintage buyers and sellers onto Alt.
Hunt daily. Weâll start you with accounts, but your long-term success comes from sourcing new consignors and collectors in the vintage space.
Build trust. In vintage, reputation is everything. Youâll become the person serious collectors want to consign with, buy from, and sell to.
Shape product. Youâll spot gapsâwhether itâs auction formats, pricing tools, or seller workflowsâand bring those insights back to the team.
Run your process. Prospecting, qualification, relationship-buildingâitâs all muscle memory for you.

You Bring:
3â5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing pipeline in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams
Relentless driveâcomfortable with cold outreach, discovery, and deal-closing conversations
A passion for vintage cardsâwhether as a collector, investor, dealer, or lifelong fan of the hobby
