The platform includes tools for transparency, real-time progress tracking through a task list, online messaging with property professionals, and digital document signing via DocuSign.

We offer a guarantee that provides free protection insurance up to £2,250 if a purchase falls through. This covers costs like mortgage advice, legal expenses, disbursements, and surveyor fees. All our legal and mortgage work is provided on a ‘no sale, no fee’ basis. Users also receive support from vetted mortgage advisers, legal professionals, and a dedicated Property Moving Assistant.

Since 2022, our revenue has grown 115 times, and our broker base has expanded from 2 to 540. Our wealth and financial planning team manages £225M in assets, and we process £10Bn in annual mortgage volumes, making up 4.5% of the UK market. We have been recognized among the fastest-growing tech and fintech companies in the UK, including rankings by the Sunday Times Tech 100 and Deloitte Fast 50.
