What you’ll be doing:

  • We are looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics, to lead the revenue engine across the full commercial lifecycle—from pipeline hygiene and Salesforce governance to revenue forecasting, performance analytics, and strategic insights.
  • This role serves as the bridge between Business Development, Finance, and the Client Engagement Team (CET), ensuring data integrity, operational alignment, and a unified view of revenue performance. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and deep comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • This is a highly visible role with direct impact on forecasting accuracy, revenue reporting, and executive decision-making.

Pipeline & Revenue Operations

  • Own the health, integrity, and maintenance of the sales pipeline, ensuring Salesforce data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Partner with Business Development and CET to maintain alignment on deal stages, probabilities, and opportunity timelines.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and automated workflows to support pipeline visibility and performance monitoring.
  • Identify data gaps, lead root-cause analysis, and implement scalable solutions to improve data capture and pipeline predictability.

Revenue Forecasting & Performance Insights

  • Build, refine, and maintain revenue forecasts, incorporating pipeline trends, conversion rates, seasonality, and business insights.
  • Analyze sales performance, client-level and office-level profitability metrics, and other performance KPIs to identify levers for growth and efficiency.
  • Communicate insights, risks, and opportunities to senior leaders in Finance, Business Development, and CET.
  • Support monthly leadership reporting, including revenue commentary, KPIs, and performance scorecards.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance vs. targets, compensation plan effectiveness, and incentive ROI.

Reporting Systems, Process Improvement & Automation

  • Lead initiatives to improve Salesforce, NetSuite, and BI tool integrations, driving data consistency and automation.
  • Develop and enforce best practices and SOPs for revenue reporting, pipeline management, and system usage.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and partner with IT/Operations to implement improvements.
  • Support the evolution of the company’s revenue reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.

What we look for in you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance
  • Strong experience with Salesforce (required), including report and dashboard creation, opportunity management, and workflow automation
  • Prior exposure to forecasting, revenue modeling, or performance analytics strongly preferred
  • Financial mindset with the ability to translate pipeline and sales activity into actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel; proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience in a high-growth or multi-stakeholder environment preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for problem solving, process improvement, and data accuracy
