So much of our economy today and tomorrow exists online. The internet economy has grown 6x over the last 10 years and software development productivity is only positioned to accelerate. Companies should be able to transact with customers everywhere. Anrok is building the tools behind the scenes that make compliant digital commerce a reality for companies big and small.

Anrok connects with billing and payment systems to automate sales tax compliance end-to-end. We have raised over $50M from leading investors like Sequoia, Index, and Khosla Ventures.

We’re looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and help build our growing technical teams. In this role, you’ll focus on understanding team needs, sourcing and screening candidates through networking and outreach, and contributing to our recruiting efforts across the company. You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact by finding great technical talent while supporting hiring manager training and improving our candidate experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, design roles with the ability to flex into business roles as well.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to distill hiring needs, build a thoughtful interview process, and recruit with long-term time horizons in mind.

  • Build and expand professional networks while proactively sourcing passive candidates to create a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Be a key player in closing candidates and matching the right person to the right role.

  • Create an outstanding candidate experience and employer brand through creative initiatives and programs, such as interview training and resources, 90 day plans, and marketing initiatives.

  • Support candidates through their onboarding at Anrok to become successful contributors in their roles
