Founded in 2017, we offer an API-first and AI-powered property management platform for hotel and apartment groups. Our platform helps hospitality businesses create better guest and staff experiences, gain more control, and scale their operations. We provide native multi-property management, process automation, and unlimited data access.

Our technology uses a MACH architecture (Microservices, APIs, Cloud, Headless), which allows for fast, iterative development and real-time products. We also provide a Central Reservation System and an Application Store for third-party integrations. We comply with GDPR, PCI, PSD2, and SOC 2 data protection standards.

Our backend services are built with .NET 8+ and Docker. Apaleo GmbH is located at Sandstr. 3, 80335 München, Germany. Our clients include limehome, citizenM, Numa, and Van der Valk.
