We are hiring on behalf of our client for the role of Czech/Slovak Customer Support Representative - Remote in Greece! Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming chat, mail or phone calls.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools.

  • Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak(C1 - C2)

  • Very good command of English(B2 – C1)

  • Good MS Office skills.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively..
