Founded in 2016, we are a CX talent marketplace. We partner with businesses to provide customer experience talent, offering fully outsourced Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), a job board, and temporary-to-permanent staffing. Our specialties include Customer Service, Operational Support, and Technical Support.\n\nWe source talent from the military spouse community. They are known for their adaptability and commitment; 82% have some college or higher education, and 60% hold four-year degrees or higher.\n\nWe work with various organizations, including Grow with Google, Whoop, BMW, Aflac, Equitable, SMARTER DEGREE, Graebel, Alight, Carelon, EFX, National Van Lines, Ehealth, and T-Mobile.
