Dutch-Speaking Social Media Content Moderator

Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about maintaining a safe online environment?

Our client, a multinational BPO company, is currently seeking a dedicated Dutch-Speaking Social Media Content Moderator (Remote/On-site) to join their team in Greece. In this role, you will ensure that all user-generated content complies with community guidelines and standards, actively contributing to a positive and safe user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and approving or rejecting content submissions (comments, videos, images, or posts).

  • Monitoring user interactions and taking appropriate action against violations (issuing warnings or bans).

  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent moderation policies.

  • Understanding and implementing client policies and guidelines effectively.

  • Fluency in Dutch (B2-C2)

  • Very good command of English (B2)

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Emotional resilience

  • Critical thinking

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
